By completing the Green Karst Trail 2026 registration form, the participant consents to the collection of data which is considered personal data under the law. In this case, these are: name, gender, email address, telephone number, region, country, clothing size, IP address of the device from which the participant is registering and photographs.
The user agrees and gives consent to the processing of his/her personal data for the following purposes:
(1) Consent to receive information and notifications regarding to the Green Karst Trail, which involves the entire communication related to the registration, as well as information and news about the event.
(2) Consent to the keeping, processing and publication of name and country of origin on the list of registrants and finishers at www.bikeslovenia.si, and to keeping and processing of automatic tracking of the participant's location during the even.
(3) Consent to the subscription to notifications and offers, which includes: receiving e-newsletters, notifications about bike tours, events and other products and services offered by Bike Slovenia.
(4) Consent to the usage and publication of photographs and video recordings of the Participant on websites, social networks and other media for the promotion and benefit of Bike Slovenia free of charge.
(5) The Participant acknowledges that he/she has read and accepts the Green Karst Trail rules published at www.bikeslovenia.si.

We need your consent in order to use, store and process the personal data we have obtained from your registration for the Green Karst Trail for the purposes as set out above.
The individual has the right to withdraw or modify the given consent at any time, as well as request erasure or restriction of the processing of personal data.
